We use Firebase Crashlytics solely to detect and report app crashes. Crashlytics may automatically collect crash stack traces, device model, OS version, app version, and crash timestamps. This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used only to fix bugs and improve app stability.
Information from Third Parties
We receive limited, anonymized information from our third-party service providers (Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics) who collect this data through the App in accordance with their own privacy policies. A list of these services is provided in Section 3 below.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Google AdMob and its partners may use advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / GAID) and similar technologies to provide personalized advertisements. If you wish to opt out of personalized advertising, please see the "Your Rights and Options" section below.
2 How We Use Your Information
The information collected through our third-party SDKs is used to:
- Provide the App: Ensure the App runs correctly and loads ads needed to keep the App free.
- Improve the App: Crash reports from Firebase Crashlytics help us identify and fix bugs quickly.
- Serve Advertisements: Google AdMob uses device and advertising identifiers to display relevant ads. This keeps the App free for all users.
- Safeguard the App: Crash and usage data helps us protect the integrity and performance of the App.

3 Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following two third-party SDKs provided by Google:
Google Firebase Crashlytics — Crash Reporting Only
Crashlytics is used solely to detect app crashes and help us fix bugs. It may collect: stack traces, device model, Android OS version, app version, and crash timestamps. No personally identifiable information is included in crash reports. We do not use any other Firebase product (no Analytics, no Messaging, no Remote Config).

4 App Permissions
The following Android permissions are used by the App. None are used to collect personal data:

All notifications are generated and delivered locally on your device. No personal data is sent to external servers to deliver notifications.
5 How We Keep Your Information
We do not store personal information on servers we operate. Crash data collected by Firebase Crashlytics is automatically deleted after 90 days. Ad-related data collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's own retention policies.
Since we do not directly collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to delete upon request. For data held by Google, you may manage it directly through your Google account or by contacting us.
6 Your Rights and Options
Opt out of personalized advertising (Android):
- Open Settings → Google → Ads
- Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
After opting out, AdMob will show non-personalized (contextual) ads. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests.
EU/EEA users (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port data held about you. Since we do not directly hold personal data, please contact Google for AdMob and Crashlytics data, or contact us at funcorelabs@gmail.com for any requests.
California users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. Ad data is governed by Google's CCPA compliance policies.

7 Children
The App is a casual puzzle game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. AdMob is configured in compliance with child-directed treatment requirements where required by applicable law (COPPA, etc.).
If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal information through the App, please contact us immediately at funcorelabs@gmail.com and we will take appropriate action.

Advertisements displayed by AdMob may contain links to third-party websites or apps not operated by us. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

1 Consent

5 Intellectual Property Rights
All content in the App — including game logic, graphics, animations, sounds, and source code — is owned by or licensed to FunCore labs and is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under applicable laws and international conventions. The App is for your personal use only and not for commercial exploitation. All rights are reserved.
6 Advertisements
The App is free and supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements. The Developer is not responsible for the content of ads displayed by AdMob. Ad personalization is governed by Google's policies (see Privacy Policy, Section 6 for opt-out instructions).
7 No In-App Purchases
This App does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. If this changes in a future version, these Terms will be updated and users notified via the App's Play Store listing.
8 Third-Party App Stores
You acknowledge that the App is made available through the Google Play Store, and that these Terms are between you and the Developer, not with Google. You agree to comply with Google Play's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms. To the extent any conflict exists, the more restrictive terms apply.
9 Third-Party Services
The App integrates Google AdMob and Firebase Crashlytics, which are independent services with their own terms. The Developer is not responsible for the practices or changes of these services.
10 Warranty Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty or conditions of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FunCore Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Since the App is free, our total liability to you shall not exceed zero.
12 Updates & Discontinuation
The Developer reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice. Updates distributed via Google Play may change App features or behaviour. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any changes.
13 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
